Located in the Cosmo Development in a protected cove on Huatulco's Pacific coastline, this oceanfront two-bedroom condo offers the most desirable location in this community. Professionally managed by My Huatulco Vacation, Cosmo 1B1 is a guest favorite, thanks to its stunning views, modern décor, immediate proximity to the oceanfront pool, and the many amenities available within the community.
The common space includes an open-concept living area, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a wine/beverage fridge and breakfast bar. The living area provides the best of both worlds: on one-end, a smart TV for some indoor relaxation time; the other-end, a wall of windows overlooking panoramic Pacific views!
The indoor dining area offers seating for eight guests. There is also an outdoor dining option that includes seating for 4. For those nights when eating out is preferable, guests can enjoy one of the destination's best restaurants only steps from the condo.
The Cosmo Development provides access to a shared gym, multiple pools and direct beach access where guests will find daybeds and loungers.

• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
