This region is a hotbed for new condo developments in the area due to a few key elements. First, it offers many amenities within walking distance. Due to its central location between the two main towns (Santa Cruz and Crucecita) it offers accessibility to everything.

The areas popular beach – Playa Chahue – offers three beach clubs located next to one another, Sea Soul, Castillo and Club Playa de Chahue. All beach clubs offer pools for kids and/or less experienced swimmers who cannot handle the strong undertow at this beach. Located on the eastern side of the beach is the Chahue marina, where boaters have been known to showcase their stunning yachts.
