• Meridian is a gated residential community in the heart of Huatulco, offering a modern and convenient setting close to Chahué Beach, local cafés, and everyday essentials. Current amenities include elevator access, 24/7 gated security with monitoring, one dedicated parking space per residence, and a private terrace with every home.

• Community amenities continue to expand, with a rooftop infinity pool and games lounge expected this summer, followed by a second rooftop infinity pool, fitness facility, and a collection of on-site cafés, restaurants, and services planned for winter 2027.

■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

• Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
• Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
• Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
• Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it - we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
• Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

• Do you offer a discount for longer stays? Yes - a discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more, no code required. For stays of 26 nights or more, electricity is billed locally based on usage at checkout. For shorter stays, electricity is included in the rate.

• Is there construction activity at Meridian? Meridian is an emerging community, and construction activity will be present as future amenities are completed. Work typically takes place during daytime hours, and current rates have been adjusted accordingly.

• How does beach access work? Chahue Beach is a 10 minute walk - the beach is calm, naturally sheltered, and ideal for swimming
