Leave the beach behind and journey into the lush mountains of Oaxaca! This 5-hour guided tour takes you to Pluma Hidalgo, a peaceful town perched over 1,200 meters above sea level, known for producing some of the region’s best high-altitude coffee.

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive through winding mountain roads, cloud forests, and traditional villages. Once in Pluma Hidalgo, you’ll visit local coffee farms where you’ll learn about the coffee-making process — from bean to cup — and enjoy fresh tastings of organic coffee straight from the source.

You’ll also have time to explore the town’s central plaza, admire the panoramic views, and soak in the tranquil mountain atmosphere.
