• Private Airport Transfer Service -  Our team of drivers is available to offer private shuttle service from the airport to your property.  Take peace of mind from the fact that the vehicle will be cleaned before your pick-up, santizer will be available in the vehicle and the driver will be wearing protective personal gear throughout the ride | $60 per shuttle - comfortably accommodates up to 6 passengers with luggage - Click here to book this service

• Virtual Check-In & On-Call Concierge Service - Whenever you reserve a stay with My Huatulco Vacation, you can expect to receive a pre-arrival package complete with all the information you need to enjoy your stay. This includes directions to your property, confirmation of all property amenities, any information on required passwords (wifi, etc.) details on recommended local tours and restaurants, any other pertinent information related to your stay. Upon arrival, your keys will be presented outside the property by your assigned property manager so you can independently enter your private space. • Disinfected Pantry Stocking Add-On Option- This service offers peace of mind so you can avoid the increased touchpoints in supermarkets. This service allows you to submit your order ahead of arrival so our team can safely make all your purchases, disinfect all items (including wiping down containers and disinfecting fruits/vegetables) and have everything ready for use at your property of choice. You may request restocking mid-stay if you wish to have any additional items purchased while onsite | Pre-Arrival Service ($140) and Restocking Service ($95)

• Customizable Housekeeping Services - We encourage our guests to communicate preferences to us in advance of arrival so we can ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. As some properties in our collection offer daily housekeeping (indicated on most listings), we remind you that changes can be made to the frequency and/or timing of the services provided. Most of our properties can accommodate the option of no housekeeping service and/or reduced services. Our housekeeping team uses personal protective gear such as masks and gloves and respects social distancing practices anytime they are onsite.

• In-Home Private Chef Service - Create your own private restaurant using our in-home chef services. Limit your exposure to restaurant patrons and service staff by limiting your interaction to a personal chef and one assistant (as required based on group size). This service is a favorite among our guests and can be used for a single meal, full-service or anything in between! Enjoy the best of Oaxacan cuisine, while maybe even taking advantage of a private cooking class delivered by our head chef in the comfort and seclusion of your own vacation home!
