FULL SERVICE VACATION PACKAGE

A full service vacation includes all the necessary add-ons for your time with us: return airport transfers, pantry stocking, three meals served daily including full service prep and clean-up.

Meals are served family style, which means two menu items are chosen and prepared by the chef for all members of the family to share. If you have a dietary restriction in the group, this would be considered one of the two dishes for your meals (vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free option)

Meal times do not have to be the same every day. The chef service team will accommodate your daily mealtime schedules throughout your stay.

There is a window of time your chef will wait to serve your meal. If you miss this window because you're out having too much fun…not a problem! The chef will leave your prepared food for you in your kitchen (kept warm or cold, as necessary) and you can eat it whenever you get home. You will be able to leave all the dishes in the kitchen and the chef team will take care of them at your next scheduled meal time.

Absolutely! The chef service team will need at least 24 hours to get everything ready for you to take with you on whatever excursion or outing you have planned.

Yes, the items on the menu can be modified to accommodate most dietary needs and allergies. This should be brought to our attention prior to arrival to ensure the food plan meets the needs of all members of your group.

Of course! This is your vacation and it is our job to make it absolutely perfect! For that reason, all of our packages are fully customizable to cater to your unique preferences.

Our vacation add-on services are separate from the price of your vacation rental.

The cost pertains to the service of picking up the groceries and stocking the pantry. The actual grocery items are separate and you will be provided with receipts when you arrive.

If you would like to have your pantry re-stocked with groceries while you are in town, this service is available for $50 USD + the cost of groceries. (Receipt for groceries provided).

Your driver will await your arrival at the airport with a sign that has your name on it. He will then escort you to your vacation residence in a private SUV.

Flights are not included in these prices and must be booked separately. Our property specialists offer a great information resource on all available flight paths so please don't hesitate to reach out for recommendations on airlines, routes and/or general assistance for your travel plans.
